Fees, tokens, and refunds:

Due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation, refunds for the purchase of tokens and energy packages are possible exclusively within 7 days of payment and only on the condition that the purchased tokens have not been used.

If the purchased tokens have been partially or fully used for generation, or if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase, the transaction is considered final and the funds are non-refundable.

Any exceptional cases are reviewed on an individual basis at the discretion of PicForge.
